Joint project between the Ministry of Industryand the Ministry of Agriculture aimed to link agricultural production in Lebanon to the needs of the Lebanese food industries as to produce qualities and quantities that are needed and thus avoid economically and socially costly crises. Market driven cooperation is being created between farmers and food industrialists.
* July 1997 Award of appreciation for the workdone to strengthen, grow and develop the agricultural sector in Lebanon from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Lebanese Republic.
Lebanese-Syrian joint Commission on Food Production - Damascus, Syria

* Being a proponent of free trade between countries, proposed to have open borders between the two neighbor countries for agricultural products as well as packaged/ready to consume food products. The agreement was signed by the two governments and is implemented.
The Arab Federation of Food Industries - Baghdad, Iraq

Created cooperation between members and built consensus over some common issues in Arab countries.
*July 1996 Award for the efforts for the success of the one-week seminar on the development, investment and Arab food safety strategy by the Arab Federation of Food Industries.
